Shipping Information:
Shipping of the goods will normally be made within 24 hours, through Registered Air Mail, where the signiture of the receipiant is required.
We will not ship to Post Box.
Doc Derma offers the following Returns Policy: Doc Derma is not responsible for shipment loss or damaged caused by shipment. We do not accept returns on any over-the-counter medications unless they are expired or damaged. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please note we do not accept cross shipment, item received not in original packing and it must be never opened condition, we will only resend the item as soon as we received the returned item. Refund may be issued to the store credit note under the buyer's account for the next purchase or credited back to the buyer's credit card or Paypal account.
